My ceiling has a damp patch. How fast can you come?
Call and we will get to you as quickly as we can, usually within a day or two for a live leak and sooner if water is coming in. A temporary weathering can go on the same visit if the full repair needs materials ordering.
Can you repair just a few tiles or is it always a big job?
A few tiles is a normal job for us, not a nuisance. Small repairs done right are most of what keeps a roof going to full age, and plenty of our re-roof customers started as a two-tile repair years earlier.
Will the repair match the rest of the roof?
We match the tile or slate profile and get as close on colour as weathering allows. A brand-new tile in an old roof always shows for a season or two before it tones down; where appearance matters we can often move a weathered tile to the visible slope and put the new one out of sight.
Do you do insurance work after storms?
Yes. We photograph the damage before touching it, make the roof safe, and give you a written quote and report your insurer can work from. We deal with loss adjusters’ questions as part of the job.
How much does a roof repair cost?
Small repairs are priced as small jobs, and you get the price before we start, not after. No call-out fee games: we quote, you decide, we do the work.
